Vaani Kapoor chased by a fan from Versova to Bandra and back

Vaani Kapoor ‘s car began to gather speed to avoid a miscreant fan. The man in question, a certain Sameer Khan, was in no mood to give up.

Vaani’s driver accelerated but Sameer was on a bike- and you know bikers ride as if there is no tomorrow! Somehow, it seemed- but not after quite a few kilometers had been covered- that Vaani has been able to shrug off the biker.

The return journey was equally crazy, may be even crazier. Sameer was adamant that he wanted to have a word with her and was chasing her back.

The Yash Raj discovery was horrified and for a moment wondered if she would succeed in warding him off before she alights at her Versova residence.

Suddenly, she felt that she take the recourse of law. Vaani headed straight to Versova Police station and was spotted filing an official complaint. The cops identified the man as Sameer Khan.

Vaani is back home safe but ruffled. And why not? What’s wrong with Mumbai? Has women safety touched such a low?

The complaint, we hear, has been registered. We would like such men to behave themselves, else be put behind bars.
