Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik have split for a second time
Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik have once again called time on their relationship after reuniting in May last year. They are said to have been spending time apart since November, with insiders revealing that Gigi struggled to cope with Zayn’s “issues”. Speaking to Us Weekly, a source said: “They’re done. “They could get back together, but it’s over for now.”
The relationship is said to have turned sour soon after the pair reunited in May last year – two months after their March split. The insider explained: “She cut herself off from all her friends every time they were together. “She focused all her time and energy on him, but it just got to be too much.”
Speaking to the Daily Star, a third source added: “They have been spending time apart since early November.” They think it’s best for the sake of their relationship.”
A separate insider told the publication that supermodel Gigi has been trying “hard to make it work”, adding that she struggled because the former One Direction star has “a lot of his own issues that she couldn’t help him get through”.
