Kriti Sanon and Kartik Aaryan no longer on talking terms?

Kriti Sanon and Kartik Aaryan ’s film Luka Chuppi hit theatres and was loved by one and all. The movie went on to make more than Rs 95 crore at the box-office and was pronounced a big hit, taking into account the budget of the film.

Kriti Sanon and Kartik Aaryan too seemed to have shared  excellent chemistry with each other, not only on the big-screen, but also while promoting their film.

However, little over a month after its release, rumours are that the two actors are at loggerheads with each other. So much so, that the two are reportedly not on talking terms anymore.

“Kriti and some of the people around her were of the opinion that Kartik was trying to hijack the success of the movie. They felt that the actor was making it seem like he was the sole contributor to the success and that others like the director (Laxman Utekar) and leading lady (Kriti) were significantly unimportant to the process,” – a source told DNA.

Another source added the following: “What started as niggling unhappiness soon took the form of extended silence. It’s been conjectured that Kriti did her own damage control by getting herself covered in the media because she had a parallel role to Kartik in the film. And, as such, she should also get equal credit.”

Well, things seem to be steaming up between the two actors and this could mean that it could be a while for those who loved their pair to see them on the big screen again, anytime soon.

Meanwhile, Kartik Aaryan is busy with actress Sara Ali Khan as the two are shooting for Imtiaz Ali’s next, yet untitled film, which rumours claim is the sequel of Love Aaj Kal.
